Suites 2 & 3 open through french doors onto a small south-facing garden area looking across to the dunes. A well behaved dog is welcome by arrangement in Suites 1-6 . There is a cleaning fee. Port Eynon boasts a large sheltered sandy bay ideal for swimming and beach games. Rock pools provide homes for lots of marine life and are great fun for children of all ages! Lifeguards patrol the beach in the summer. Superb village pub (The Ship Inn) with locally brewed beer and great food open all year round - dogs are welcome in the Bar. Open during the main season are the sea front cafe, fish and chips, coffee shop and beach shop selling clothing. equipment and toys. The Smugglers Beach Bar and Kitchen also offers food in the season. Paddle boards are available for Hire. The Welsh Coastal Path runs right through our car park. Turn right and you can walk all the way to Liverpool, turn left and you can walk to Chepstow - not a challenge taken up by many of our Guests ! Beyond our village the Gower Peninsula, offers a variety of accessible countryside and beaches. From the breathtaking Rhossili cliffs to the peaceful woodland of Cwm Ivy. Explore secluded beaches such as Mewslade and Pwll Du or wander along the promenade past the colourful beech huts at Langland bay and dine at the wonderful Brasserie overlooking the sea.
