Welcome to the Arbigland Estate. Our aim is to give you the best possibly holiday that will be fondly remembered and that you will want to return to again and again. Arthur's Cottage is one of 8 holiday cottages set on the 1000 acre estate. It is semi detached (Powillimount Cottage is the other side). The two cottages can be rented together enabling large family gatherings of up to 12 people. The combined cottages are set on their own with stunning views in every direction - the Solway Firth with the Lake District mountains in front of the cottage and to the back lovely mountainess views of Criffel. The cottage is recently renovated and very comfortable, light and spacious with a large living area and 3 en suite bedrooms, a utility room and a small conservatory. There is an enclosed garden for you to enjoy a BBQ and sundowner. Arbigland Estate is an area of outstanding natural beauty, unspoilt and rural set along the coast line of the Solway Firth. Brilliant bird life, lovely beaches, wondrous walks, good golf courses, marvellous mountain biking, gorgeous gardens, lots to see and do for all ages and interests!

Curlew Lodge is one of 3 log chalets set in an orchard of fruit trees right on the beach, just to the South of the village of Carsethorn. There is an excellent pub, The Steamboat within a short walk. The accommodation offers a double bedroom and twin bedroom with a shower room. The open plan living area has a log burning stove for cosy winter lets. There is a decking verandah with garden furniture and BBQ.

Curlew Lodge is one of three chalets set together in about half an acre of landscaped ground. Curlew is the first of the three chalets and is situated a minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes walk along the beach to a good pub. It located at the end of a track just outside the village of Carsethorn. The post code is DG2 8BL
