Dairy Cottage is part of the original Warmleigh farmhouse, with foundations dating back over 800 years. Once the farm’s dairy, it was renovated in the early 1900s and is now a charming two-bed flat with modern amenities. It features a lush garden with panoramic views of Devon’s countryside and wilderness. Located on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, it offers a peaceful escape with plenty of scenic walks nearby.
Hi I’m Dominic! I’ve lived here for the past 25 years so I know the area inside and out. I love to hike, cycle, and swim and would be happy to share any local spots upon request!
The location is very rural so there are lots of walks to be done from the doorstep. There is also a village pub around a 15 minute walk away which also has amazing views. The nearest convenience stores are in Bovey Tracey, which is an hour by foot or 10 mins in the car.
