Newly built, modern, three bedroom accommodation outside Exeter. Beautiful open plan, modern kitchen with dining and living room overlooking the stunning Devon countryside and sea. On a beautiful day sit and relax with a glass or two on the covered balcony, watch the deer passing by. Enjoy an evening of alfresco dining on the large patio or just relax on the lawn and listen to the woodlands animals.

My husband and I designed and built the property ourselves creating a unique, modern property tucked away in a beautiful, idyllic location. We fell in love with the location as do all our guests. It is a little hidden gem.

Deer Vue is located next to Exeter Lodge which is an original gatehouse to Oxton House. From the balcony you overlook the Devon rolling countryside. To the left you can see the river Exe and Exmouth beyond and to the right you can see out to the see via Dawlish Warren. Deer Vue is located within ancient woodland and is tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but is only a few miles away from the city of Exeter. Nearby villages are Kennford, Kenn, Kenton, Starcross and Cockwood. You will need a car to get around. There is a train station at Starcross. Numerous walks and cycle rides just outside the property gates.
