As your host, I am thrilled to present to you a charming retreat that offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and a super location with links to the City Centre, Newland Avenue, University of Hull, General Infirmary and the Stadium. Step inside and be greeted by a tastefully decorated living space that exudes modern elegance. The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, providing an inviting space for relaxation and socializing. Sink into plush sofas while enjoying your favourite movie on the flat-screen TV. As your host, I am committed to ensuring that your stay is nothing short of exceptional.

Beautifully designed house with 3 immaculate large double bedrooms, of which 1 has their own en-suite and a master bathroom at the top of the stairs. The ground floor hosts an open plan kitchen and garden room with a spectacular media wall. The kitchen houses appliances including fridge/freezer, oven & washer. Walking through into the living room creates the perfect space to relax with a large 50” smart TV ready to deliver as much Netflix as you can handle from the comfort of the sofa & chairs.
