Hi! We are Jamie, Heather, Ruben & Ethan! We have 3 en suite letting rooms, (2 with shiny new bathrooms fitted in Feb 2020!). We are a traditional B&B with modern facilities and a really relaxed atmosphere where invite you to help yourself to breakfast with a choice of cereals, pastries, tea and coffee, fruit and fruit juice. Due to Covid-19, we have introduced measures to ensure our guests safety, eg staggered breakfast times to clean between times Since 2019, we have been offering an exclusive day trip service, (subject to availability) where you can choose from our pre-planned experiences or we can work with you to make an individual itinerary, ensuring you have the very best of times while you are in the Highlands! These are private experiences in our VW Caravelle 7 seater, ensuring your safety and comfort through social distancing, deep cleaning, face coverings and best of all, where we go! We specialize in taking our guests away from the crowds, and opening up places that would otherwise have been missed. make no mistake, just because we avoid the crowds, doesn't mean we miss the best locations! Jamie has worked for the Tourist Board, VisitScotland for 13 years, so has a wealth of knowledge about the area. He loves to share his passion for the culture and history of the Highlands and is happy to help plan your days or even arrange day trips! Heather works for VisitScotland so is also very knowledgeable about the area. Ruben is a toddler and mostly gets up to mischief as only a little boy could! Ethan is our latest (and final) addition and was born in 2019. We live in another part of the house, so you almost feel as if you have your own place, with the advantage of being able to call on us for any type of help! We have been hosting guests since 2015 and thoroughly enjoy sharing stories, helping our guests and meeting new people, so we really love what we do! It's much more than providing a bed for us -It's about making new friends! We appreciate that post Covid-19, things will have to be a bit different, but we are making sure our guests will continue to have an amazing stay whilst putting everyone's health and safety first. We have signed up to the World Travel & Tourism Council's "Safe Travels" Scheme, AirBnB's cleaning protocols as well as our government's rules!

We are only 5 minutes walk from the town centre and castle, yet located on a very quiet road, so you'll still get a good night's sleep after your day of adventures! We offer a parking permit so you can park right outside our house. The Crown area of Inverness has local services such as a Deli, Coffee house, convenience store, chemist and eateries. It's a very safe and quiet area that our guests love! If walking - please do get in touch and we will help with directions, and if mobility is an issue, we can (subject to availability) provide a pick up service.
