Dove Tails is a charming and spacious 3 bedroom home accommodating up to 5 guests, it is thoughtfully furnished with green accents that echo the beautiful open landscapes surrounding the property. Dove Tails offers a blend of comfort and convenience, perfect for both business and leisure stays. The Rocester property is ideally situated for professionals working at JCB Headquarters as well as convenient access to Alton Towers, famous for it's thrilling "Smiler" ride and seasonal events such as Scarefest all within 5 miles. Dove Tails serves as an ideal base for exploring the local area, whether you're planning at day at Uttoxeter's Racecourse or simply enjoying the nearby attractions. IMPORTANT: We take great pride in our properties and are committed to protecting them, ensuring they are kept in first class condition for all our guests, present and future to enjoy. Your booking confirmation will have a link, to capture and freeze two hundred and fifty pounds, 2 days prior to arrival, this freeze will be released 5 days after departure providing no intentional damage has been caused. The lead booker is also required to electronically sign our terms and conditions, and provide a photo of their driving license. We are registered with the international commissioners office and your details are strongly protected and are for internal use only. We never have and never will share personal details with third parties.

****DOGS ARE WELCOME BUT MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE ARRIVAL**** The property is situated a short walk away from the village centre, where you will find a pub, a village shop and a fish and chip takeaway. Uttoxeter a larger town is but a 5 minute drive with bigger supermarkets and shops. JCB factory is situated at the end of the road and Alton Towers is just a 10 minute drive away. The market town is of Ashbourne is also a short drive away. Dovetails is a great base to explore the local area.
