30 Dublin Quay is a 2 bedroom, 2 toilet flat, with a spacious open plan kitchen/living room. recently reintroduced to the rental market. The space has one master bedroom with a en-suite toilet, a shared bedroom with 2 twin beds. then a fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge/freezer, a Washing machine which also acts as a tumble-dryer. The living room is has two comfortable sofas and a TV and the windows giving a beautiful view of the harbor. Wifi comes free with the property, and there is one dedicated parking spot and guest parking also (both are free).

Dublin Quay is located right next to the harbor area which hosts the top pubs and restaurants in the area. There is also many play areas for children and numerus walking routes. The beach is approx 100 yards away. it's only a 7 minute walk to the train station, with links to Glasgow and Ayr and a 40 minutes drive to Glasgow airport.
