The Loch Ness Country House Hotel offers excellent food and elegant rooms. It is a striking Georgian building in 6 acres of gardens, 1.9 mi from Inverness city center. Each bedroom comes with a DVD player, bathrobes, slippers and large marble private bathrooms with Penhaligon toiletries. Free WiFi is available throughout. The AA Rosette award-winning restaurant has a large wine list and a range of malt whiskeys. “We stayed in the garden cottage and it was absolutely beautiful around it - a series of walled gardens to walk around in. There were a couple of chairs out front to enjoy coffee. Food was great and we could sit outside.”
