This beautifully refurbished traditional cottage is located in the centre of the lovely town of Callander with easy access to all amenities. There are three bedrooms, one with double bed and two with single beds. There is a bathroom on the first floor & separate shower room on the ground floor. There is a spacious and cosy lounge with log burner, television, DVD player leading to a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dining table, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & microwave. There is an outside undercover sitting area and games room with pool table and darts. There is parking to the front and rear of the property.

This lovely little town is a popular place for locals and visitors alike. There is so much on offer from, shopping, walking, hiking, cycling, canoeing or simply relaxing by the riverside. There are many places to visit and there are outstanding scenic places closeby. Callander is inside the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and is a fantastic base to explore all day and relax at night.
