Dunira is a detached cottage located within the village of Falkland. It has one bedroom, with a double bed and stylish interiors. You will also have a modern bathroom fitted with a bath, shower over bath, basin, and WC. On the ground floor you will find a well-fitted kitchen and a cosy sitting room with woodburning fire. Public parking can be found around the corner from the property with an EV charging point. Outside, you will also have access to a enclosed garden completed with a lawned space. Dunira is a charming property, set in a central location, perfect for a romantic getaway. Note: The bedroom and bathroom have sloping ceilings. Please note: The shower should only be used in the sitting position whilst having a bath; it's not designed (as it has no shower curtain) to be used in the standing position. Note: Steep stairs and deep bath, not suitable for those with limited mobility and please take care.
