Eastdown Annexe is a wonderful annexe situated in Dartmouth, Devon. Hosting one king-size bedroom, able to sleep a total of two guests and served by a family shower room. There is a fitted kitchen, as well as an open-plan living room and dining area. Outside has a gravelled area with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. Eastdown Annexe is a wonderful choice for a remote break to South Devon. Please be aware that a working farm is situated next door to the Annexe.
