On-street parking & parking on the driveway is available, and the home is just 3 miles from M6 Junction 10, a 7-minute drive. Ideal for both business and leisure guests.
Close to local amenities such as The Bentley Bridge with all the shops and restaurants which is 5 mins drive.
By car you can get to Birmingham city Centre in 25 minutes and Wolverhampton city centre in 15 minutes.
The house has a Smart TV, including Netflix, Amazon account with WiFi.
It has basic amenities such as Ironing board, hair dryer.
