Small double bed, small double futon, modern ensuite, shower, kitchenette with cooking facilities including double induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and modern utensils. Beautiful outdoor area redesigned this year with private hot tub, table and chairs, bbq, stunning outdoor lighting all exclusive to guests through Studio patio doors. Walking distance to train station Malvern Theatre, Malvern Hills AONB. Fresh bed linen and towels that can be warmed on the en-suite radiator will always be included with all necessary cooking utensils, matching crockery, champagne and wine glasses and cleaning products too. Just like my other successful unique hillside cottage, (called No36) dogs also need their holidays and are welcome for a small addition charge. A handy towel will be available for their little paws too. Or if you'd like a larger space, try Elkstone House which also provides these high standards, with a hottub too, and sleeps 5.

My name is Moira and have enjoyed hosting for a number of years. I have 2 daughters both having flown the nest and live with my super cuddly Cockerpoo called Ted.

I live next door always contactable and available evening time and weekends in person. Otherwise the Studio is completely private with separate front door and private decking patio area. Tea and coffee will also be provided. Off street parking spaces outside the Studio door for 2 cars. Plenty of free parking on the road. Peaceful countryside walks 2 minutes from doorstep. Beautiful Apple orchards, fishing lakes, stunning Malvern Hills views, cafes, restaurants pubs, shops and Malvern Theatre all walking distance. Post office, 2 small supermarkets, and fabulous chip shop all round the corner too! The Studio is attached to the main house and is completely private with it’s own front door and outdoor patio area. The hot tub is for the exclusive family use of guests staying at the Studio only and will not be shared during your stay. Parks and fields 2 minutes walk accessing Malvern Link high street with shops, Link Common and excellent Nags Head pub. The closest bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, train station 5 minutes walk. There are countryside walks accessed at the end of the road less than 2 minutes walk away.
