We bought Ellinbrook Guest House in 2019 with lots of enthusiasm, but no previous experience! We are loving welcoming guests to our home and enjoy lots of repeat business. Our ethos is treating guests how we would like to be treated.

Property info

Ellinbrook House, has undergone a complete renovation over the past 9 years. The tasteful redecoration marries together its traditional charm with contemporary styling. The aim is to provide every comfort and convenience for the modern day traveller. For the past nine years we have been rated 4* Gold with Visit Britain, also holding their "Good Breakfast Award" for 6 years. Rated "Excellent" by TripAdvisor for past five years; this year entering their "Hall of Fame" we do enjoy seeing returning guests year after year. Our aim is to offer a relaxing stay to all guests old and new!

Neighborhood info

Hunstanton is a pretty Victorian town retaining many of its original buildings. It is the only west facing resort of the East Coast of England, enjoying spectacular sunsets over the Wash. The bus station is just minutes away from the house, giving easy access to the North Norfolk coast and Kings Lynn, where the bus connects to the train station; making us an ideal destination for those holidaying by public transport. Walkers can enjoy the coastal path from Hunstanton to Cromer. With three wetland sites just minutes away by car, we are also an ideal destination for bird watchers too! Sandringham (the Queen's private house) and Holkham Hall, are both local and well worth a visit. If lazing by a log fire in a local pub is more your thing, great gastro pubs can be found in all the villages along the coast.
