Property info

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Next to popular Magdalen Road (5mins) with cafes and independent shops. It is also very near to the quay (5mins) with pubs and cafes and walks. The city centre is less than 10 mins walk. There's bike storage, small garden for outdoor eating. Includes all bedding, linen, and towels. There is so much to do in Exeter, you can paddle down the canal, cycle everywhere, great beaches and mountain biking nearby. We have on street parking vouchers for 1 car, we can provide more vouchers at cost.

Neighborhood info

St Leonards is the nicest area in Exeter, it is quiet. It is the closest residential area to the town centre and Quay. Nearby is Magdalen Road which has street cafes, nice restaurants (booking advised), and indy shops. The quay is really close, loads to do, hire bikes, canoe to the Double locks pub, lots of restaurants and shops there. And on the way to the quay is the best pub in Exeter, The Hourglass... City centre is nearby.
