Since 28th May 2015 Paul & Helen are the proud owners of Fair Winds, where there is always a warm welcome awaiting you. We try to ensure that everyone who visits has a happy stay. We love our local area where there are numerous places to visit and restaurants to eat.

Fair Winds is a lovely guest house situated just a 15 minute walk from Brixham harbour. Our rooms are comfortable and modern, with En-Suite's. Three of our rooms are located on the ground floor, a Single, a King and the Suite, with the other two on the first floor a Super-King/Twin and a King. All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, free sat tv & free Wi-Fi. We have ample free on-site parking.

Neighborhood info

We are close to the harbour where you will find lots to do. Interesting little shops and most of the pubs and restaurants.
