We’re Nicola and Will, and we’re delighted to welcome you to our family‑run guest house here in the beautiful coastal village of St Bees, right on the edge of the Lake District. Hosting has been part of our lives for over 20 years, and we still love meeting new people, sharing our corner of Cumbria, and helping guests feel completely at home.

We offer a range of accommodation to suit every type of traveller — from comfortable single and double rooms, to spacious self‑catering apartments, and a welcoming family room perfect for those travelling with children. Each space has been thoughtfully designed to blend comfort, character, and practicality, whether you’re staying for one night or settling in for a longer break.
