A perfect base for those wanting to explore Carmarthenshire, spend time at the beach or wanting to be close to the golf course. The property is pet friendly making it a great choice for every family member. Offering three spacious bedrooms, a fenced garden, a private drive and an open plan kitchen/ diner with a separate living room. We hope to provide you with a relaxed space to stay in.

The nearest supermarket would be Lidl which is less than five minutes drive away from the property. Other supermarkets can be accessed in five-ten minutes by car, these include Aldi, Tesco and Morrisons. Places to eat- St Ellis bay' is on the beach front and serves brunch, lunch and dinner plus drinks and ice cream. 'Hwyl' in the town centre does lovely brunches and lunches. It also has a dinner service on Friday and Saturday nights with amazing food and cocktails. Pub restaurant and bar at Machynys brasseries. Local attractions- The property is within walking distance of the beach and Llanelli coastal path. The docks nearby has plenty to do which include paddle boarding on the lake, boards can generally be hired at the lake. Here you can also find a walk in cafe with restaurant upstairs, a great place to walk dogs. We would recommend visiting the award-winning Pembrey country park, the park is set within 500 acres of Green flag awarded woodlands, alongside a Blue flag awarded eight mile beach. The park also offers a dry ski slope, toboggan ride, crazy golf, train rides, adventure play area as well as a variety of nature trails. Gateway holiday park is nearby and has a heated private pool. The Millenium coastal path is on our doorstep and is a 13 mile pedestrian/ cycle path which follows the south coast of Carmarthenshire. The path also provides a link between Llanelli and Pembrey Country park. Machynys golf course and spa is around the corner and boasts a Nicklaus designed 7121 yard modern links championship golf course which has already hosted an unprecedented 14 Championships, including 2 Royal & Ancient Championships and 4 Ryder Cup Wales LET Championships of Europe.
