A beautiful brand new September 2023 renovated Victorian ground floor flat, this flat was used for servants back in the Victorian era and has been completely renovated to a very large smart apartment/flat. The flat consists of a private patio leading into an entrance hall, the kitchen/diner/sitting room is large with a breakfast bar and the bedroom leads off that with a bathroom. The 2/3 guest would have to share the bathroom. A fold up bed is available for the 2/3 person in the sitting room. Please let me know if you require this extra bed?The flat is adjoined to the main House but is completely separate. The Victorian house at Ardmillan stands proudly above Oswestry town ( which is only a 5 minute walk) it’s a private residence and offers a private small patio for guests use. Also a single car space is available. Free WiFi and Netflix is available the flat has garden views and security cameras

This flat/apartment is situated at Ardmillan House which is a very large Gothic Victorian dwelling just five minutes walk away from the town centre. The house is on a hill and has amazing views of the area, just 2 minutes walk and you are on a nature reserve with a path towards the centre, as well as a short cut through shelf bank. As the building is relatively high up we are actually located in a quiet area Orthopaedic hospital is 5 minutes drive away Gobowen station is also 5 minutes drive away The main A5 road is 2 minutes drive Llangollen 12 minutes drive Powys castle 30 minutes Whittington Castle 8 minutes Chirk castle 15 minutes Oswestry is on the border of Wales and a very popular tourist area
