With one- and two-bedroom options, each features separate living and sleeping areas for comfort. Just 0.2 miles from the city centre, Streatham and St Luke’s campuses are a short walk away. Exeter Central Station, shops, cafés, restaurants, gyms, and nightlife are all right on your doorstep. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ✅ Please note that this is primarily a Student Accommodation but is used as short-stay accommodations for students only. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. ✅ Check-in and check-out will be at Picturehouse Apartments, 69-73 Sidwell St, Exeter EX4 6PL, which is a 10-minute walk from the property. ✅ Safety and security are paramount, so after completing your booking, you'll need to submit your Student ID and fill in some basic information for vetting purposes on our guest portal after completing your booking. ✅ Please do look after our apartment as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out, this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys. ✅ We have a 24-hour concierge service to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
