Fossgate Luxury Duplex City Centre Apartment has been redeveloped to a very high specification. It offers a modern and luxurious interior, beautifully furnished throughout and has everthing you need on your door step. Fossgate is fast becoming known as ‘The Restaurant Street’ where there are many interesting eateries, ranging from Indian and Thai, to French, Italian, Polish and Nepalese. This magnificent three bedroom property is accessed through the building’s secure entrance door and up a flight of stairs to the main door. From the spacious first floor landing you will enter the apartment via a hallway that leads to the beautiful living area which has three extremely comfortable large sofas and the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is of a very high spec which has a washing machine and dishwasher with a dining area and equipped with everything you could possibly need to create a delicious meal (though with the enormous variety of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep, you probably won’t want to use it much) Downstairs also offers a downstairs toilet. Heading upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have high quality king sized beds with lovely interiors.
