As a family-run business we take pride in our high standards; our guest's comfort and privacy are of primary importance but if you need us we are always on hand. As standard, we provide FREE Wifi in all our chalets and a welcome pack for your arrival We supply all bed linen together with 1 bath sheet and 1 hand towel for each guest with the beds made up for your arrival so all you have to do is unpack to begin your stay with us

Uniquely decorated with the comfort of the guests being at the heart of this chalet every thought has gone into our guest's comfort to create a real home from home feel so both families and couples return again and again, On the independent site of Sunbeach Holiday Village, which has it's own pool and club (FREE passes provided), the unspoiled sandy California Beach is only a 5-minute walk. The tranquil Norfolk Broads are within a 15-minute drive and the premier seaside resort of Great Yarmouth a 10-minute drive; making an ideal base to explore the area, a trip to the seals at Horey Gap is not to be missed! One of our ever-growing portfolio of chalets, some next to one another on the independent site of California Sands and Sunbeach Holiday Village, makes them ideal for the larger group or family. We allow 1 small/medium-sized dog (except XL Bully dogs and any other UK government-banned breed of dogs) FOC in our PET-FRIENDLY chalets. Please check if in doubt. Our strict Pet Policy forbids them on the furniture and in the bedrooms. As responsible dog owners, do not leave an anxious dog in the chalet alone as any damage caused is the responsibility of the dog owner. We do not accept any other pets, High chairs and travel cots can be provided FOC. The chalets are run off the electricity by a one-pound coin meter, which we credit by ten pounds for your arrival. FREE passes are included to the on-site entertainment venue FREE passes to the indoor heated swimming pool The usual opening for the swimming pool is from Easter until the end of the season. The club has entertainment at the weekend and throughout all school holidays. (We are unable to accept responsibility for the opening times of these individually owned venues).

Nestled between the villages of Scratby and California our modern exclusive chalets give you the freedom to enjoy miles of golden sandy beaches on the Norfolk Coast and the perfect base to enjoy exploring the tranquil Norfolk Broads or the many cycling and dog walking trails. A clean, unspoiled sandy beach awaits you within a five-minute walk and there are so many attractions in the area that you will want to come back and again. From the Nature Reserve at Martham Broad, Ormesby Broad Ormesby Broad, Rollesby Broad and Filby Broad offer beautiful views of both the landscape and the local wildlife. Motor boats aren’t allowed on these broads so heightening a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. There are opportunities to hire a boat and fish. A little further and you will find the larger Broads again with picturesque scenery and where you can hire a motorboat or take advantage of the excursion boats.. Not to be missed is Horsey Gap where you will find a colony of seals; the Seal warden is always happy to share his knowledge of these wonderful creatures. Plus much much more including museums, wildlife parks and gardens, miniature railway and miniature village.
