Any damages made during your stay you will be charged to your credit card.

Please note that there is no reception facility at the property. Guests are kindly requested to provide their estimated arrival time at least 48 hours in advance. This can also be confirmed when booking or by contacting the property using the contact details provided in your confirmation by email, text or phone. This will ensure a representative is available to answer any queries by phone at your check-in time.

The property will send you an email at least a day before your arrival (unless booked on the arrival date) with all the information you will need to access the property. This email will include the security codes to access the key boxes at the main door and your apartment door, the codes are unique to your apartment. If you are unable to access this information by the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency.

Guests wanting to add an extra bed should request this at the time of booking.

Please note that only children aged 6 years and older can be accommodated at the guest house.
