This bright open-plan apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a large main bedroom with super king or twin set up and a second king bedroom. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a large enclosed garden, ideal for outdoor relaxation and family time. If you are remote working there is superfast broadband available, minimum 250mbps and plenty of space to work. Sky Stream is also available with voice control and over 150 channels. This apartment is ideal for couples, families, remote workers and pets are welcome. Hot tub available for hire, please make contact for details and costs. You will have full access to the apartment, there is self check in. We will be available on the phone to answer any questions. As this is a basement apartment there are a few steps down to the entrance. There are many other attractions a few minutes walk from the apartment such as Canoe Lake, Pier, Beach, Pyramids leisure centre, Southsea castle and D-Day Museum. Parking is on the street, electronic parking passes are provided for one car, additional permits can be requested via online check-in for additional cars. We are trying to do our bit for the environment wherever possible. We are trying to avoid single use plastics and buy local/British to lower the carbon footprint by providing the following: Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don’t throw them away) they are British made and cruelty free too Environmentally friendly loo roll - who gives a crap. Made from recycled paper with no plastic packaging. We provide washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.

The seafront and Southsea Common are just a short walk away, perfect for coastal walks and sea views across the Solent. Nearby attractions include Canoe Lake, Southsea Castle, the D-Day Story and Southsea Pier, all easily reached on foot. Southsea is very walkable, with good bus routes and nearby train stations providing easy access to the rest of Portsmouth, including Old Portsmouth, Gunwharf Quays and the Historic Dockyard.
