GB36 has been in our family for many years, we have enjoyed some great holidays here. Our children are older now and don't long to go as much as they used to. We still enjoy lovely little breaks here including our dog Marlee who loves to play on the dog friendly beach. We wanted to share it with other families who just want to enjoy some time away and we hope, at a reasonable price. We have made some improvements over the years, its not the Ritz but its homely and clean. GB36 offers unlimited free WI-FI including Sky Digital services for those who have Sky at home so please bring your own box and you are away! Please be aware that bed linen and towels are not provided. There is an under counter fridge and a separate freezer which can be located in the cupboard. There is an iron/ironing board. Children's books and games are also provided should they require some light entertainment. There is some outdoor furniture on the decking outside and the cushions and pads for this is located under the bottom bunkbed. If you use these could you please return them to the caravan in the original location. There is also a big sun brolly in the cupboard. Parking is free and unlimited spaces. You can park directly outside.

The beach can be located just a short 2 minute walk away. Just head to the nearest fence and you will see the gate. Please note Security open / lock the gate around dawn / dusk to keep the site safe. There are loads of Arcade's, Bars, Cafes, Takeaways & shops a short walk from the Caravan Park entrance. For the thrill seekers, Fantasy Island is around 30 minutes walk along the sea front or 5 minutes by car. There is also Pleasure Beach located at Skegness about 20 minutes by car. All local amenities are also on the local bus route. Takeaways can be enjoyed with available delivery in most cases to the entrance of the site. There is a local swimming pool with water slides available subject to availability and nominal charge at Club Tropicana which is a very short drive away or about 20 minutes walk. We would advise on booking ahead to avoid disappointment.
