The room was lovely and clean, the bed comfortable and a good supply of tea and coffees. There was a really good pressure in the shower. Although the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we didn't hear our neighbours or people walking past in the corridor. We were able to come and go as we pleased. The staff are friendly and polite. As a bonus the hotel is also a pub and restaurant, selling reasonably priced food and drink. The meals we had were lovely. We had a wonderful weekend.

Great location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and had 2 arm chairs for seating. Plus there was 2 chairs and a table outside the room so you could seat in the sun. The bathroom was spacious.

The staff was lovely and very welcoming and very helpful the site was lovely an well kept. We came very early in the season so most things were closed will definitely be returning to see the site in full swing

This hotel deserves 100/100 the staff / managers were amazing I couldn't fault them , we needed help at times and they were only too happy to help I would genuinely highly recommend this hotel , the other plus side is it's so close to everything, our room had a balcony and with the current heat it was a blessing and very safe having breathing difficulties I was able to leave the balcony door open at night and felt very safe , I will definitely use this hotel again 😄

What a lovely place for a quick stay over in Skegness. Everything was very clean and modern. Nice and quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance from beach, restaurants and entertainment. Plenty of parking near the hotel. Very friendly staff.

We love these older style hotels with the big lounges and grand staircases. Our room at the rear was comfortable and well furnished and the large bathroom was very clean. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with the full buffet spread which was cooked beautifully. We enjoyed a drink in the bar each evening, it was very social and comfortable. We stayed in late October and the hotel was lovely and warm, rooms, corridors and public spaces. Excellent value hotel in great location
