Peacefully nestled in a quiet hamlet, away from the busy crowds, but within easy walking distance from shops and village restaurants with the vibrant seaside resort of Skegness being just a short 15 mins drive away! ❤ This super spacious holiday cottage with 3 good sized bedrooms and a 22ft lounge with additional dining room can easily accommodate 1 to 5 persons and is set to provide a nice relaxing homely feel with large comfy sofas for maximum comfort. Together with a giant secure Pet friendly garden makes this home the perfect base in which to explore and enjoy the countless attractions for all ages, making it a wonderful relaxing hideaway for Family holiday's and cosy Winter short-breaks.
❤ Pet Friendly - If you are a Pet owner, then you really have found the Jewel in the Crown! You have complete peace of mind that you can let dogs off the lead and enjoy watching them happily play in the large secure garden from the conservatory knowing that they can't go missing due to the secure fencing & gates.. We haven't had any escapee's yet! ❤ After 40 years of touring worldwide as a musician, I know just how wonderful that weekend break or well needed 2 week holiday feels and Sunshine Cottage is perfectly designed just for you. Being a Pet owner myself, I know just how lovely it is to take your best furry friends and share a holiday together and to watch them enjoying the beach & countryside walks. So when i purchased this lovely cottage, I wanted to ensure that other pet owners would have the same pleasure in being able to bring their best friends with them too.
❤ The entrance sign into Chapel St Leonards says "Village Life by the Seaside" and it really is exactly that. A sleepy, totally relaxed English village with a warm welcome to its visitors, everyone seems happy & relaxed with all the time in the world to chat about anything you want to talk about. The village has some of the best restaurants, Beaches and entertainment in the area, The Perfect place to enjoy a nice summer holiday or a Winter shortbreak.
