Situated in the picturesque Lake District Bowness-on-windermere. Please note there are some steps leading up to the apartment. The flat is full of character in a quiet residential first floor with their own parking space. 1 bedroom apartment with a comfortable z-link bed which enables us to offer a king sized bed or twin beds, open plan kitchen, lounge and bathroom. We have a comfortable open plan living area with a TV and streaming services available, we also provide a number of board games and a few books for those quiet evenings in. The apartment is centrally located to all that Bowness-on-windermere has to offer from the local cinema to pubs and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Right next to the apartment there is a level car park. If the guest would like information around the area I will do my best to assist in any questions they have by phone or email.

We are a married couple with two young children based in Grasmere we enjoy managing Ghyll Rigg in the hope of providing a comfortable and friendly space for couples and families to have a relaxing time in Bowness-on-windermere. As a family we enjoy spending time in local parks, walking around the lakes and eating out whenever possible.

Locally to Ghyll Rigg there are many pubs, restaurants and eateries all within walking distance all with very good food and drink. There are many attractions in the area from Beatrix Potter to the zoo and a Pencil museum. In Bowness-on-windermere you are well positioned for some of the best fell walks in the UK.
