Globe Works is a contemporary purpose-built student residence offering stylish social and secure living with everything you need under one roof. From the outside, the development features a modern red brick facade with large windows and a private courtyard which creates a bright welcoming atmosphere. There are convenient covered bike storage and landscaped outdoor space. The ground floor includes a series of spacious communal areas designed for relaxing and socializing. These lounges have a contemporary loft inspired style and plenty of natural light. Throughout the spaces you will find comfortable sofas, coffee tables and greenery. Residents also benefit from an on-site gym, with cardio machines, free weights, kettlebells and functional training equipment so you can stay active without leaving the building. The studios are compact but well designed to make the most of the space. Each room typically includes a small double bed, desk and chair, shelving and storage along with a modern ensuite shower room and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave. Overall, Globe Works offers a clean modern and convenient base with thoughtfully designed rooms, welcoming communal areas and useful on-site facilities. Please note that the on-site Building Reception service is not managed by UnderTheDoormat and that they will only provide you with the keys at the arrival. Before arrival, guests must send a picture of their ID and submit the completed pre-check-in form via email. It is not possible to complete the pre-check-in at the arrival. Please be advised washing machine and dryer are in the common laundry room and is paid per use. We accept guests who are 18 years old and above. Please Note: Early Check-in (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM): 20 GBP Late Check-out (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM): 20 GBP Additional Night: Check-ins before 1:00 PM and check-outs after 1:00 PM will be charged as an additional night's stay.
