Please ask for ferry discounts. This is a Victorian Villa, built in 1863 over three floors with a very large garden and orchard. I aim to offer a bespoke experience and to offer you suggestions to make your stay on this lovely island memorable. Only two rooms are offered for B & B bookings on the same floor, both with super-king size beds and 11 foot high ceilings. This offers a private 2 room own floor experience if required. There is a large bathroom which is shared if both rooms are booked simultaneously. A large dedicated dining room is available for the guests own use, which has a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave oven etc. where continental breakfast is available all day. There is also a spacious 2 bed apartment on the lower ground floor, with two good sized bedrooms and additional mattress/sofa bed for young ones.

I've had a number of varied careers, from mountain trekking to golfing, photography, banking, telecoms, oil and mapping. I thankfully gave that up some years ago and now love hosting for guests.

Its a great spot, near the beach and town and a great place to start exploring this hidden gem of an Island. The beach is 400 yards away and you can stroll for miles along the sandy beaches, stopping at a variety of cafes along the way. There are lots of good local restaurants, pubs and cafes and many independent shops. Photos of all are available in the gallery. Parking is free on the street. Free wifi throughout.
