Grasmere 12 is positioned slightly back from the lakeshore, close to the entertainment complex, leisure centre and children’s play area. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, it offers everything needed for a relaxing break at any time of year — including a private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Inside, the lodge is bright and welcoming, with an open-plan living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The lounge features plush sofas arranged around an electric feature fire and Smart TV, while patio doors open onto a private, enclosed decking area. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare family meals to enjoy at the dining table. The accommodation comprises three bedrooms — two doubles and one single — along with a family shower room with wash basin. Gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. There is private parking for up to three cars, and a cot is available on request. Outside, the secure decked area features a hot tub and outdoor dining furniture.
