Chalet number 45 holds a perfect location within the California Sands holiday park. No need to drag your suitcases for five minutes to your front door. It's comfortably close to the car park without affecting your direct views. Open your curtains and look out onto a beautifully kept green square, where you can lounge in your deckchairs or watch the kids enjoying the outside space.
The chalet is set just back enough that you can enjoy a quiet tranquil in the evenings, yet it’s close enough to the main attractions of the site (including the oasis pool and clubhouse) so that your walks to the facilities are not too strenuous.
While your furry friends are more than welcome the chalet is still kept extremely clean. I hold it to my own personal standards! All the small touches to ensure that you can comfortably self-cater are there ready and waiting for your use. Including extra heating aids and fans -because you never know - I’ve tried to cover all possibilities for your comfort.
Hi there, I’m the host of this lovely chalet. I’m a mum of three living in the English countryside. When I’m not homemaking, I am running my business of balloon artistry. So I am always readily available to answer my phone and help my clients - whether they be guests of my chalet or balloon customers - in whatever way I can.
I may not be based on site but I am there in spirit with help from my amazing on site cleaning and handy-persons team, you will be well looked after. I purchased the chalet with my husband many years ago to enjoy family holidays at home, and I take the same care and consideration in ensuring that you enjoy your holidays as much as we do ours.
The green spaces are beautifully kept around the holiday park. There has been a lot of development for entertainment sake in the last few years, to include a few new parks, a mini golf course, an inflatables and bouncy castle area, a large and modern arcade, a delicious cafe, on-site shop (for all those forgotten bits),and tasty takeaway options. The main attraction on the site in my opinion, has to be the Oasis Club House which conjoins with the arcade and provides you with brilliant family evening entertainment.
I guess the reason the park itself is here (and has been developing since the 1950s) is because of its proximity to the miles-long, beautiful stretch of beach that is only a five minute walk away. With neighbouring caravans and holiday sites close by you will find more public (eating, drinking and playing) attractions on your way to the beach. This is UK staycationing at its best!
