Greenmantle is an immaculate seafront apartment located in a pretty courtyard setting in the sleepy coastal village of Skinburness, near Silloth on the Solway Coast, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. The accommodation comprises a spacious entrance hall which leads to a cosy sitting room with a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable bedrooms, both with uninterrupted sea views, including one double and a single which also has the added benefit of a pull-out single bed. A modern and spacious bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside there is off road parking for one car and the shared use of the private breakwater on the beachfront. Greenmantle provides an ideal touring base for guests wishing to explore this beautiful area and appreciate its fantastic seafront location. The sleepy little coastal resort of Skinburness lies on the Solway Firth with wonderful extensive views over the sea to Dumfries and Galloway beyond. It offers inns and restaurants, and a small museum. Just down the road is Silloth with its lovely seafront parks and paved streets along with a variety of pubs, shops and cafes. This is a superb area for walking - the Cumbria Coastal Walk runs right along the coastline, providing excellent seafront trails and birdwatching opportunites.
