Unlike a standard B&B room, you’ll enjoy your own private entrance, double bedroom, separate lounge (with a sofa bed for two children or one adult), private bathroom and garden access, giving you the feel of a small apartment while still benefiting from friendly local hosting. Perfect for couples, walkers, families visiting the area, or anyone wanting a quiet base to explore the Wye Valley. The Space Your private suite includes: ✔ Comfortable double bedroom ✔ Private lounge to relax after a day exploring ✔ Own bathroom (not shared) ✔ Separate entrance — come and go freely ✔ Off-road parking ✔ Access to the garden and outdoor seating The space is separate from the main house, being downstairs, offering independence and privacy throughout your stay. Use of the kitchen (shared) is also available, particularly useful for longer stays.
