Contemporary design with venetian plastering throughout, fully renovated with all amenities including Molton Brown Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Handwash, Moisturiser and cleaning products, luxury bedding, towels and tea coffee facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine. Please note Jesmond is a popular trendy area but can be quite noisy as primarily a student area. A parking permit is supplied for one car and there is space in the private yard for a small car.
I am excited to welcome you to my holiday apartment, my main goal is to offer an enjoyable clean and c comfortable stay and welcome feedback if you feel we have fallen short! I have a property manager who lives around the corner in case of emergencies. If you book direct you are guaranteed to get the best price
The property is a 2 minute walk from beautiful Jesmond Dene which has a park, Visitor area, picnic area, pets corner (free), many bridges, river and waterfall, Paddy Freemens boating lake, cafe, toilets and during the summer there are a host of open air performances. 1 minute walk on Grosvenor road is Siestas coffee shop, Francescas famous Italian and R&K's corner shop. 10 minute walk away is a large selection of restaurants, bars, Waitrose, Tesco, Jules B, Watchtrader, Pilates studio, Cafe Nero, Starbucks, chemists and many more. For those flying into Newcastle there is a metro station in the airport that stops you to West Jesmond station (select ticket that covers A,B&C) and costs Four pounds fifty for an adult and all children go free with paying adult. From there it is 10-15 min walk.
