Sweetcombe Cottage Holidays is a locally based self-catering agency focusing on East Devon. Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

Guernsey is a newly converted detached barn, once used as a milking parlour, has been transformed into high quality holiday accommodation on Roundball farm which has been in the same family for four generations and is still a working farm. The owners, Ian & Kathryn live next door in the farmhouse and are always on hand to give advice. A spacious, farmhouse style kitchen with dining table. A separate cosy living room with a wood effect fire. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. Stairs from hallway to first floor. Bedroom1: The master bedroom with a king size bed and lovely outlook over surrounding countryside. En-suite: Bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC. Bedroom 2: King size zip and link bed, this will be made as a king however can be made up a single beds on request. Bedroom 3: Single bedroom with 2'6" single bed. Family Bathroom: A shower room with a walk-in shower hand basin and WC. Outside there is a pretty enclosed sitting area overlooking the fields, a large play area for ball games with football goal, swing ball. The fields surrounding the farm are available for the guests to explore. A tea time treat awaits your arrival!

Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and see the cows, calves, chickens, ducks and goats. Guernsey Cottage is located along a quiet country lane just off the centre of Wiggaton which is a hamlet in between Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary. Ideal for exploring this part of Devon with many local walks from the property, including the Coleridge link and the nearby East Devon Way. This is the perfect location for a holiday to remember, relax in the blissfull countryside or explore the nearby towns and beaches. There are delicious nearby restaurants such as The Golden Lion in Tipton St John and The Pig at Combe.
