We provide Scottish self catering holiday accommodation in East Lothian and Edinburgh. We are a highly experienced local holiday let company based in North Berwick, East Lothian, Scotland.

Bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6 plus 1 Spacious master bedroom with a double bedroom with sea views on the ground floor level and an en suite bathroom One triple bedroom with sea views and three single beds One bedroom a single bed and a truckle bed on request at an additional charge. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties. * Please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex, as restrictions are set by the local council and may change seasonally and from year to year. We strongly recommend checking current parking regulations in advance of your arrival. Unfortunately, parking availability and enforcement are outside our control, and we are not able to assist with parking arrangements on the day of check-in. Please note: this property is strictly non-smoking, and does not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. *WiFi is complimentary.
