Our beautiful newly refurbished barn apartments boast 1 double bed, a private toilet and shower, fridge, toaster, microwave, hot plate, free wifi, TV, kettle, cutlery and crockery, towels, all bed linen, electric heater, a table and chairs, outside furniture and fire place along with incredible views over the Hamps valley. Dogs are very welcome to join you as we offer free 24 hour use to our enclosed dog exercise area. Along with our barns, we do have a 25 pitch caravan site that has it's own toilets and showers. Washing up facilities, laundry facilities and bins are shared with the caravan site but this is a area.
We run a 25 pitch caravan site along side our barns and enjoy making a good holiday experience for our guests. We have horses, cows, pigs, chickens and dogs on the farm.
We are very lucky to be situated in a small village called 'Waterhouses' on the edge of the beautiful Peak District between the towns of Leek, Ashbourne and Cheadle. In the village, we have 3 pubs all within walking distance, a fabulous fish and chip shop a 2 minute walk away, a small convenient shop and a tasty cafe nearby. The start of the Manifold trail is also in the village, which is perfect for cycling, walking, and horse riding. l We are 6 miles from Alton towers.
