Hampton House is a substantial nine-bedroom property in the coastal village of St Bees, accommodating up to 18 guests. A separate dining room provides plenty of space for guests to eat and socialise together, whether travelling with family, friends or work colleagues. The dedicated home office and high-speed Wi-Fi also provide a practical setup for remote working. Guests have access to four bathrooms, helping make mornings and shared stays more convenient for larger groups. Outside, the property benefits from a large private garden arranged across three tiers, with a generous lawn and plenty of space to enjoy the fresh coastal air. A small starter supply of toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, hand soap, kitchen roll and laundry capsules is provided. Private parking for up to three cars is available at the property.

Hampton House is situated in St Bees, one of West Cumbria’s most popular coastal villages. The village is known for its long sandy beach, dramatic sandstone cliffs and scenic coastal walks. St Bees Beach and the beginning of the famous Coast to Coast walking route are only minutes away, making the property an excellent base for walkers, families and groups exploring the Cumbrian coast. The village offers a relaxed atmosphere with friendly local pubs and convenient access to surrounding areas. Whitehaven is approximately 10 minutes away by car, while the western Lake District is also within easy reach. The location is particularly convenient for contractor teams and business travellers. Sellafield is approximately a 15-minute drive away, with access to West Cumberland Hospital, Westlakes Science Park and other major employers across West Cumbria. The property benefits from private parking for up to three cars and provides a spacious base for guests travelling together.
