Hanley Mill is a peaceful rural retreat set in a beautiful private valley with streams, woodland, orchards, ponds, and a natural waterfall. Our two characterful holiday cottages are part of a historic 16th-century mill estate and offer a unique escape from everyday life, surrounded by nature. Each cottage is fully self-contained, comfortably furnished, and thoughtfully equipped for relaxing breaks in all seasons, with outdoor seating and access to the grounds. It’s an ideal place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside.
We are Mike and Belinda, owners and hosts of Hanley Mill. We live in the farmhouse and take great pride in caring for the cottages and the valley they sit in. We aim to provide a warm, personal, and reliable hosting experience, ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well looked after throughout their stay. We’re always happy to share local knowledge, walking routes, and recommendations to help you make the most of your visit.
