We require full electrical, gas and other safety certificates to be updated annually by the owners. Adderbury is a picturesque village situated on the edge of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds in between Banbury and Oxford. The village has a local grocery shop and several excellent pubs. The location is an ideal base to discover the Cotswolds and you are within easy reach of some of the prettiest villages such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Burford. You are also within easy reach of the city of Oxford where you can spend a day discovering the colleges, or a shopping fix at the marvellous Westgate Centre. The location is also ideal for hiking with lots of footpaths and walks through the Cotswold countryside.
