Harbourside View is part of Jutland House on New Quay Road – a modern development built in 2006, easily recognisable above the parade of shops that includes Bingo and Specsavers. Entry is via Vipond’s Lane, and guests will receive either a master key or key fob for secure access. Once inside, you can choose to take the lift or the stairs to the second floor. Apartment 7 – Harbourside View – is directly ahead as you exit the lift. If someone in your group arrives without a key, don’t worry! Simply use the intercom system allows for easy remote access. Heating is controlled via a wall-mounted thermostat in the entrance lobby.
