The living areas in this property consist of a ground-floor kitchen with an electric double oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting room area with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two king-size and a second-floor super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, along with an additional bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed front patio with bench, a rear enclosed garden with lawn, and off-road private parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
