Our three lovely country cottage-style self-catering flats offer the best of both worlds. They're tucked away in the leafiest part of Headingley, and yet they're minutes away from the buzz of Leeds city centre. Perfect whether you're visiting Leeds for business or leisure, and an ideal base from which to explore the wider countryside of Yorkshire. We have two self-contained studios, each with their own individual style, or, depending on your needs, you can rent the whole barn, as both flatlets are in the same building with an adjoining internal staircase. Alternatively, you can rent the private up-and-downstairs apartment called The Nook, which is part of our main old farmhouse home.

We're right on the edge of the beautiful Meanwood Park, separated only by a burbling stream. A seven-minute walk through the park takes you to the Waitrose and Aldi supermarkets in Meanwood. But if you're not in the mood for shopping and cooking, just head out to dinner. There are cafés, bars and restaurants aplenty in Headingley and Meanwood, and they're all walkable.
