Our home is a barn conversion completed in 2017. Situated just outside the village of Padbury it is in a secluded and tranquil setting. We have created a self contained guest area with it's own private entrance and parking area. Guests will have exclusive use of the space but you can choose to book one or both of the en suite bedrooms for your stay. You can also enjoy exclusive use of the sitting area which provides space to relax. The accommodation is self catering with a kitchenette equipped with an air fryer, microwave, one ring induction hob, fridge, kettle and toaster to enable guests to prepare simple meals and store their own food. There is a dining table and chairs in the kitchenette. It is possible to book an additional bedroom for up to four guests to stay. An additional small single bed can be arranged in the hayrack room as well. The bedrooms have oak floors with underfloor heating. One bedroom has a panelled wall interspersed with a little of the original brickwork. The other features an original oak hayrack used as a headboard. The beds are comfy doubles and each has a modern shower room. There are cupboards for storage and an easy chair for relaxing. Each bedroom has a TV and Wifi is available throughout. All the windows have blackout blinds. Guests can check in accessing keys from a keybox, there is plenty of lighting outside with motion sensor security lights overlooking the parking area. Set in farmland, there is loads of outside space and wildlife to observe as well as the odd tractor working in the fields. In fine weather, there are seats outside to soak up some sunshine. It's ideal for a weekend or weekly business lets, discount available for Monday-Friday weekly bookings.
