Hemmel Cottage is a wonderful barn conversion resting within the village of Chatton. It houses two bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double with an en-suite, with a walk-in shower, basin and WC and a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen area. To the outside, there is off-road parking and a rear garden with a lawn area and a sitting area. Hemmel Cottage is a delightful base for a family getaway. Chatton is a small village resting within Northumberland which is surrounded by scenic countryside. Within the village you will find a number of stone-built houses, a Post Office/village shop, an art gallery and a pub serving good food and ale. Close by is Alnwick Gardens, the Northumberland National Park and the coast, where you will find Bamburgh Castle, Holy Island and Lindisfarne Priory.
