An impressive, newly refurbished bungalow, less than 10 minutes walk from the town and beaches in Lyme Regis. The property has undergone complete renovation and provides beautifully presented, very high quality accommodation for couples or families. With real attention to detail and a stylish mix of contemporary and original decor the owners have introduced and restored many attractive features including a tiled entrance hall, original floorboards and a wood burning stove. Please note: A maximum of two dogs are accepted. Dogs are charged each per week (or part week). Dubbed ‘The Pearl of Dorset’ for good reason, this impossibly pretty town tumbles down to a promenade of multi-coloured Georgian houses overlooking the turquoise arc of Lyme Bay. Sweeping out to sea is the 13th Century Cobb harbour wall, which took on iconic status for its starring role in The French Lieutenant’s Woman. Part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline, there’s no escaping fossils in Lyme – even the lampposts have fossils shaped into them! When you’re not digging into the coastline’s 185 million years of history and hunting for your own fossils, soak up the town’s retro seaside feel, enjoy a round of crazy golf or relax on the golden beaches.
