This special, historic cottage is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. A characterful grade 2 listed cottage in the heart of Belper, Joseph's Cottage provides a cosy, unique stay on the edge of the Derbyshire Dales & Peak District, while also having connections to Derby, Nottingham & beyond. Two comfortable bedrooms, an office, bathroom with rolltop bath, beautiful living room with wood burner & county-chic kitchen. A separate 1 bed annex is also available to hire on-site. Our street is narrow and has a rough bumpy surface. Off-street parking is available for up to two cars at the property. On occasion, there may be other guests staying in the annex located in the garden, so you may see them on the driveway.
We are excited to welcome to you to stay in our former home! We have spent many happy years in the house, and we hope you will enjoy exploring the area.
Belper is a thriving market town with UNESCO World Heritage Status. The house is located in one of the most quaint, historic and central neighbourhoods, with tourists and historic walking tours visiting the area regularly.
