Hobbs Hole Farm, Ledwell Road, Great Tew, Oxfordshire, OX7 4DN. Follow the road down the driveway to the double iron gates. if closed, press "security" and they will let you in. Turn right into the main parking area and you will find lots of parking. If you have additional cars, please feel free to take any spaces you need. You will see a large wooden double entrance way. Open the doors and walk down the steps. Once at the bottom, walk round to the right and follow the property round to the left. Follow the path and you will see an opening in the hedge, this will lead you straight to the cottage in front of you. If you continue round the back of the cottage and walk straight ahead you will reach a set of steps. These are for the studio. Codes for both: 1463. You have access to all the path way (There is an office between them that has no access so be mindful of this) The grassed area in front of the properties is for your leisure as well as the seating outside on the patio areas.
